Well, it was a special stay for a very relaxing vacation. The room was brand-new with very comfy beds as requested.

This hotel was perfect base for exploring Cancun, appreciated it and venue’s very nice helpful staff with service by Naomi and Jesus. The location of this hotel next to the La Isla shopping centre which was great for shopping, especially because the setting is outdoors as well as a Sandy the beach was magnificent.

The provided breakfast was marvellous with ham, wines plus sausage. My room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained with large double doors for a great indoor outdoor feeling, a beautiful view plus balcony, and the check-out was late. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Go-Mart ” convenience store.

The location in a very nice area was perfect and magnificent and there were a shopping mall and a market nearby. Btw, the airport was 25 km away. I ate at a very comfortable restaurant for breakfast.

Very very good and amazing breakfast, plenty of meals. Really lovely experience and attentive and helpful staff. Stunning location very close to bars restaurants and shopping and the La Isla shopping centre which was great for shopping, especially because the setting is outdoors and beach and staff, could not be better. Also, about half a hour distance by bus from the airport.

Generally, really enjoyed this relaxing and modern accommodation with service-minded staff who really provided an excellent service. The location was unbeatable, for example, a night club was within a close distance from the hotel.

Perfect, overall clean place with genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff on the night shift. Easy to get to, unbeatable location next to Presidente intercontinental Cancun, beautiful blue and green sea, and the best beach in all of Cancun. Brand-new & tastefully decorated room, a storage, a balcony, and sound-proofed windows in there.

This hotel is perfectly situated, with the beach just steps away, and it's surrounded by an array of shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a modern bathroom that had all the amenities we needed. The service was impeccable, from the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, to the delicious breakfast served in the beachfront restaurant. The hotel also offers a range of facilities, including a pool and a concierge service.

There is one aspect of the hotel that could use improvement. The food at the on-site restaurant was overpriced and didn't meet our expectations.
